Questions before you sell?
How fast will I get paid? 

We issue payment on the same day we verify your device. The faster you ship, the faster you get paid. Regular shipment times are around 2-3 business days.

How do I ship my Device? 

After submitting your order, you will be emailed a packing slip and pre-paid shipping label. Securely place your device(s) and a copy of the packing slip inside your shipping box. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop off at any USPS location.

What if my Device is damaged? 

We encourage individuals to sell their damaged or broken phones. We will give the device a second life instead of sending it to a landfill.

What happens to my device's data? 

We recommend that you remove all personal data from your phone before sending it to us. Rest assured all devices are full wipes and restored before we even begin the testing process.

My MacBook didn't pass inspection, what then? 

If the condition of the device was not accurately represented, we may provide you with a new offer or return the device to you.

How will I get paid? 

We offer several payment options. You will be able to choose the payment options that works best for you before completing your order.

Is there insurance on lost or damaged orders I send in? 

No, USPS does not allow us to purchase insurance. Only the shipper can insure a package. If you wish to purchase insurance to cover theft or damage you will need to do so at your local Post Office.
