Does not power on or has bent frame
More than one of the Damaged conditions are true
NOTE: Having more than one of the foregoing
conditions can cause the device to be ineligible for purchase and recycled

Most models have the IMEI number printed on the back of the handset or under the battery pack if the battery is removable.
If the battery is not removable, the IMEI number can be found by going to the phone keypad and performing the following steps:
1. Press * # 0 6 # on your keypad.
2. Press ‘Call’ or ‘Send’ as if making a call.
3. Your IMEI number will be displayed on your screen.
